REFORMER PILATES
A Pilates Reformer class is a low-impact, full-body workout that utilizes the Reformer machine to enhance core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. It focuses on precise movements and breathing techniques, often incorporating resistance from springs and the moving carriage. The class typically progresses through a series of exercises designed to engage various muscle groups, from core to extremities, with a mix of controlled movements and some more dynamic sequences. 4 participants per class and all spots must be filled for the class to be held. Pilates/yoga grip socks are required.
